How to send a one-page scouting report

Create a one-page, printable shortlist to send to a booker or a client. Only people with a published comp card appear, and the link is private and expires after 30 days.

Steps

  1. Shortlist the people you want in Discover or the Pipeline.
  2. Open the Pipeline tab and choose New scouting report, or Report from shortlisted.
  3. Give it a title and an optional note, then choose Create report.
  4. Choose Copy link and send it to your booker or client, or open it to print or save it as a PDF.

Good to know

  • The link is private and expires after 30 days.
  • The free plan includes 3 scouting reports a month; Agency Pro removes the limit.
