How to find talent in Discover

Use Discover to search by location, niche and followers. Choose the platform filter for people who joined FYND to see talent with a published card who chose to be found.

Steps

  1. Open the Discover tab.
  2. Type a name, handle or bio words in Search.
  3. Use the filters: Followers, Location, Niche, Representation, Platform, Posted within, Contact and Hashtags.
  4. Under Platform, choose the option for people who joined FYND to see talent with a published comp card.
  5. Choose Save search to keep a search, or Export CSV to download the results.
  6. Open a profile to see their card, then choose Shortlist, Add to list, Message or Add to roster.

Good to know

  • Talent only appear if they published their card and chose to be found.
  • The match score is rule-based: fit to your search, recent activity and a public email. It is not a prediction of success.
